Do you repair siding or trim before painting?

Yes. We handle minor repairs such as siding replacement or repairs, trim replacement, fascia board work, and more to ensure your home is paint-ready. We thoroughly inspect all visible surfaces and ensure that we do not paint over any areas with dry rot. If any is found, we will notify you immediately and provide the necessary repairs before proceeding with the painting. Please note that we are not responsible for any dry rot or damage that may exist behind siding or in areas that are not visible during our inspection.

How do you prep the exterior before painting?

Prep work is a critical part of our process, and we take it seriously to ensure a clean, long-lasting finish. Our preparation includes power washing, scraping loose paint, sanding (as needed), filling cracks, caulking, masking, and priming as needed.
