Crew Leads and Experienced Painters needed
We're looking for quality human beings who want to work hard and be a part of an amazing team! If you're a competitive person who wants to win and be the best, this may be the place for you.
We do painting a little differently here — we're all about teamwork, going above and beyond for our clients, and getting 1% better every single day — and of course, having some fun while we do it.
This is truly a fun and challenging role. You'll be working on a team with 1–3 other painters, helping to bring life and color back to homes in the Mid-Willamette area.
The majority of our work is residential, inside/outside of occupied homes, so a professional appearance and basic people skills are a must. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude will be key for your success in this role. If you're looking to work with a team and company that really cares about you, treats you fairly, and pushes you to grow and be the best version of yourself — this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
