If you register with us, we ask for information such as your name, email address, contact preference and other pertinent details. This information is not shared with any other individual or organization. We collect this information only to enable us to send you the requested information, newsletters, or advertising specials from our company. You can request to be removed from any contact list if you ask to be removed from our e-mail list.
Once a transaction has completed, we will, several times a year, send you information updates, newsletters and/or other correspondence to 'keep in touch' with you. You may opt-out of that 'keep in touch' process if you call 541.926.6824 and ask to be removed from our e-mail list.
Confidentiality and Security
Stom Painters Inc. stores your information in an encrypted and password protected file. Access to the information you give us is not provided to anyone outside our organization, unless required by a court order.
For each visitor to our web page(s), our web server does not automatically recognize any information regarding your domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us by e-mail, or information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, and no information on consumers who merely browse our web page(s).
The information we do collect is used to improve the content of our web pages. The information we collect is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. If you supply us with contact information on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.
